Therapy for Women Navigating Anxiety, Overwhelm & Life Transitions
You don't have to hold everything together here.
You may be someone who manages a great deal, shows up for others, and appears capable on the outside—yet privately feels overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what's beneath the surface, and begin relating to yourself with greater understanding and compassion.

Perhaps You Recognize Yourself Here
You may find yourself:
Carrying responsibilities while feeling emotionally depleted.
Understanding your patterns intellectually but struggling to change them.
Navigating relationship challenges, shifting identities, or significant life transitions.
Feeling anxious, disconnected, or uncertain about what you need.
Longing for a deeper sense of connection with yourself and your life.
You don't have to wait until everything feels unmanageable to seek support.
Therapy That Goes Beyond Symptom Management
I believe meaningful change involves more than understanding why we feel or behave as we do. It also involves creating space for new experiences, emotional awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
My approach is depth-oriented, relational, and individualized, integrating attachment work, IFS-informed therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and EMDR when appropriate.
Together, we explore the deeper patterns shaping your experiences while attending to what matters most in your life today.
