A Space for Deeper Understanding
You may have spent years becoming more aware of yourself.
You may understand your history, recognize your emotional responses, or have already done meaningful personal work. And yet, there are times when understanding something intellectually is different from experiencing change more deeply.
Perhaps you sense there is more beneath the surface.
I offer online depth-oriented therapy for women throughout Massachusetts who want to understand themselves more fully and create meaningful change in their lives, relationships, and inner world.
My approach is warm, relational, and integrative. Therapy is not simply about reducing symptoms. It can also become a space to understand what your experiences are asking of you and who you may be becoming through them.
When Life Is Asking Something Different of You
Women often enter therapy during times of change.
Sometimes that change is visible: a relationship is shifting, a career no longer feels right, children are growing, grief has altered your world, or you are moving through a significant transition.
At other times, the change is quieter.
Life may appear relatively stable, yet internally something feels different. The ways you have understood yourself or moved through the world may no longer fit in quite the same way.
You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something needs attention.
Therapy offers a place to become curious about these experiences rather than immediately trying to eliminate them.
Depth-Oriented, Integrative Psychotherapy
My work begins with the understanding that each woman brings a unique history, inner world, relationships, strengths, and ways of making meaning.
Rather than applying one method to everyone, I draw from depth-oriented and relational psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, attachment theory, family systems, trauma-informed care, Energy Psychology, and transpersonal psychotherapy.
Our sessions may include conversation and reflection, exploration of internal parts, mindfulness, attention to emotional and relational patterns, or awareness of what you are experiencing in your body.
We follow what is most meaningful and useful for you.
The purpose is not to search for what is wrong with you.
It is to create enough space to understand what is happening within you and what may be ready to change.
Online Therapy Throughout Massachusetts
I provide secure virtual psychotherapy for adult women throughout Massachusetts, including the Greater Boston area, Cambridge, Worcester, Western Massachusetts, and communities across the state.
Online therapy gives you the ability to choose a therapist based on connection and therapeutic fit rather than proximity alone.
For women balancing careers, relationships, family responsibilities, caregiving, or other demands, meeting virtually can also make consistent therapy easier to integrate into everyday life.
You can enter therapy from a private and familiar environment while still developing a meaningful therapeutic relationship and engaging in deeper psychological work.
Therapy May Be Supportive If...
You are navigating a significant life transition or entering a new chapter of your life.
You have insight into yourself but sense there are deeper layers you would like to explore.
You are experiencing anxiety, grief, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, or relationship difficulties.
You have spent years caring for others and are beginning to pay closer attention to your own inner life.
You are reconsidering roles or expectations that once shaped who you believed you needed to be.
You want to understand yourself more deeply rather than simply manage what you are feeling.
Or perhaps you cannot quite explain what has changed.
You simply know that something within you is asking for attention.
That is enough of a place to begin.
